Upcoming Events & Meetings

The CCP has been holding quarterly meetings since 2006  on conservation and environmental topics and has provided a place for resource professionals and community members to learn and share ideas regarding the County’s most pressing environmental issues.

The CCP is a volunteer-led organization and quarterly meetings are open to anyone who has an interest in Chatham County’s natural resources. The mission of the CCP is to develop and implement strategies for a community conservation vision that builds awareness, protection and stewardship of Chatham County’s natural resources.

During this time,  we are not able to meet in person due to COVID-19 but we are meeting via Zoom. Please register for meetings below.

We would also like to share resources from one of our CCP partners, Triangle Land Conservancy (TLC).  TLC offers in-person events that often take place outdoors. You can view upcoming events on their online event calendar [triangleland.org].  During early COVID days, TLC offered Conservation Conservations. You can view recordings such as "Meet Your Watershed" on their website [triangleland.org]
